BENITACHELL: A Coastal Municipality with Charm and Tradition

Located in the heart of the Northern Costa Blanca, Benitachell, also known as El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, is a picturesque municipality that combines the tranquility of rural life with proximity to the sea, situated just 5-10 minutes by car from the beaches and services of Moraira.

Urban Structure and Residential Areas

The municipality is divided by the CV-740 road, which separates the historic center (El Poble Nou de Benitatxell) from various residential developments. To the northeast are Les Fonts, Los Molinos, and Partida Benicambra; to the southeast, the developments of Golden Valley, Alcasar, Vista Montaña, La Joya, and Valle del Portet, located near the Mercadona supermarket and bordering Moraira; to the east, Calistros, which leads to the large development of Cumbre del Sol, known for its stunning sea views and a wide range of services, including its own cove, Cala del Moraig.

Historic Center and Services

The historic center of Benitachell retains its traditional essence, with cobblestone streets and architecture reflecting its rich history. It boasts several supermarkets, an indoor market, post office, pharmacy, schools, a covered municipal pool, health center, bowling club, its symbolic old church, and bus services. Additionally, it offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops that cater to all daily needs.

The residential area of Calistros, which includes Las Mimosas, Los Romeros, and Los Olivos, provides the comfort of sidewalks, public lighting, and sewage systems. Residents enjoy impressive views of the valley and distant mountains, and in some cases, sea views, either towards Jávea or Calpe. Benitachell and the covered municipal pool are just a 3-4 minute drive away. Moreover, both the bowling club and the golf and tennis club of Jávea are only 5 minutes away. The beaches and services of Jávea and Moraira are a 10-minute drive away.
